Our 12-Step Complete Cremation Service includes:
- Pick up and transfer of deceased to licensed holding facility and crematory.
- Consultation with staff to assist in completing the arrangements.
- Securing all legal documents necessary for carrying out the cremation wishes of the deceased and his/her surviving family.
- Properly caring for the body prior to cremation.
- Securing a copy of the death certificate, signed by the attending physician or coroner, and certified through the county of death's vital records department.
- Notification of death to Social Security.
- Providing a certified Death Certificate to the family of the deceased.
- Securing the Cremation Authorization form signed by the next-of-kin(s) granting permission to perform the cremation.
- Providing an approved cremation container, in which the body is placed for cremation.
- Performing the cremation.
- Providing a container for the cremated remains.
- Delivery of the cremated remains to the family, authorized person or cemetery.
